Some weeks ago, when I posted my cosplay test on tumblr, I’ve recieved some really rude messages about me being not perfect anough to cosplay Cole. I even considered dropping this costume - I’m a bit insecure about cosplaying my favourite characters. But then I thought - why should I listen to random person’s opinion? I do this for my own fun-just because I like making interesting costumes. So hell with it.
Bullying in cosplay is a really big issue. It’s like being in high school again.Everyone is so mad and rude it’s amazing. I’ve always thought that cosplay is a great and fun hobby. So let’s just keep it that way.Dragon Age fandom was always so nice.What the hell happened?
Anyway. Here’s my Cole cosplay. I fell in love with him almost immediately.
He’s cryptic, damn cute and deadly. And most importantly - he loves hats.
My relationship with this hat is really dramatic. First time I made it of leather and it was pathetic. So I gave it a second chance. Now I want to re-make it again - better this time.
I descided to give the clothes really worn look. I love making rugged textures.
